Please provide us some details about yourself and the item you would like to store and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. If you’d like to proceed we’ll send our storage agreement to fill out, sign and return. We’ll need current proof of insurance (physical damage and/or comprehensive coverage) on the item you are storing and a copy of your driver’s license for our records. Once all the paperwork is completed, returned, and deposit payment is made, we’ll arrange a move-in date and time.

*Move-in’s are by appointment only, after that, customers have 24/7 access to their RV/boat.

*Monthly payments are due on the 1st of the month. The first payment might be a little bigger based on the pro-rated amount from move in date.

We ask that all customers be mindful of others and help keep our facility clean and take their trash or waste with them.

No storing containers of fuel in or on their RV’s, boats or other vehicles.

No maintenance or repairs are to be done on RV’s, boats or other vehicles (personal or otherwise) while on the property.

No living in or staying overnight in RV’s, boats, or other vehicles on the property.

No dumping of sewage or gray water on the property.

Please do not give the gate code to anyone other than the authorized customers on the storage agreement.

Gate code will be changed periodically and customers will be notified as soon as possible. You can always call/text 816-585-5284 if you ever need gate access or forget the code.

Monthly payments are due the 1st of every month. Invoices will be issued on the 15th of every month. Payments can be made via credit/debit card or ACH Direct Deposit through our payment link from Autobooks attached to invoices sent via email or text. Checks or cash will also be accepted. Please reference your invoice number and/or name when sending in payments.
